The SB200 lift is a fully enclosed platform lift, there is little or no builders work involved in installing this lift. A ramp can be added to the lift to remove the need for a pit. Each lift comes with automatic or manual doors. See below the drawing and specification which outlines the ordination of the lift.

In the below pictures you can see the inside of the carriage.  Shaft walls act as the interior of the lift car, giving it the extra safety with a full height safety edge. The SB200 can be installed in your home or in a commercial property to help your building become wheelchair friendly and comply with DAC.

• Electromechanical brake on the nut, executed by powerful solenoids
• In case of emergency situations the lift mechanism is supplied with a manual emergency descent. Optionally,    the    emergency lowering mechanism may be actuated by an electric motor with a backup battery.
